About The All Guy

Welcome to The All Guy

The All Guy exists because most men don’t fit neatly into one box.

We like guy shit, which for me is a lot of different things such as tools, cars, tech, and the outdoors. We also care about being healthy, looking put together, providing for our families, and building something that lasts. Most of us are juggling work, kids, responsibilities, and a constant sense that we should be doing better, even if we’re not always sure how.

This site isn’t about perfection or trends. It’s about figuring things out as you go.

What “The All Guy” Actually Means

There’s no single definition of what it means to be a man. Life changes, priorities shift, and what matters at 25 usually looks different at 45.

The All Guy is built around that idea.

  • You can care about your career and still want a way out someday.
  • You can like tech and gadgets but also want to unplug and camp.
  • You can want to look sharp without chasing fashion trends.
  • You can believe in God, value family, and still wrestle with uncertainty.

This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s real life.

A Bit About Me

I am Eli, nice to meet you!

I’m educated, love to learn, but I’m still figuring things out.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, an MBA in Project Management, and I’m currently finishing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science with a focus on cybersecurity. I plan to continue into another master’s in Information Technology because learning has always been part of how I move forward.

I work for a major telecom company as a rep but have spent time in management roles and project-style assignments. I’ve also experienced restructures, missed opportunities, and the frustration of doing the work without always getting the title. That’s shaped how I think about careers, stability, and optionality.

I’ve coached high school football for about ten years, which taught me more about leadership, discipline, and patience than any book ever could.

I’m married, a dad of four kids ranging from teenagers to adults, and I think a lot about what kind of example I’m setting. I go to church occasionally and try to live with faith, humility, and persp

The Stuff I’m Into

I drive a Ford F-150 and plan to slowly build it into something functional. Wheels, tires, a mild lift, lighting, and eventually an outdoors and overlanding-style setup. I’ve spent years tent camping and am now looking toward a camper trailer that makes sense for family trips and longer stays.

I love technology, AI, PC setups, and learning how things work under the hood. I enjoy gaming when I have time, which isn’t often. I also spend a lot of time listening to podcasts on health, business, leadership, stoicism, the Bible, and self-improvement. I like reading about all of it too, even if I don’t always have the time.

I love sports, I am a huge Football fan, both the NFL and college. Also into basketball and baseball. I enjoy hockey as well, but have never gotten as invested in it as I have the other sports growing up in Idaho, wasnt huge here.

I’m interested in business, investing, real estate, truck stuff, tools, and tech. I’ve sold real estate before and would eventually like to build a portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals. I’m business-savvy, but I’ll be the first to admit I haven’t “made it” yet.

That’s part of the point.

What You'll Find Here:

You’ll see content around:

  • Health that’s sustainable, not extreme
  • Cars and trucks from an owner’s perspective, not press releases
  • Style that’s practical and age-appropriate
  • Tech, AI, and gadgets that actually fit into real life
  • Tools, home projects, and building things over time
  • The outdoors, camping, and turning a truck into something useful
  • Career growth, business curiosity, and learning new skills
  • Investing, long-term thinking, and trying to build something meaningful

Some things work. Some don’t. I document both.

Why This Site Exists

The All Guy isn’t here to sell you a lifestyle or pretend there’s one right path.

It’s here for men who are:

  • Curious
  • Practical
  • A little skeptical
  • Trying to improve without losing themselves
  • Balancing ambition with responsibility
  • Learning as they go

If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
